Requests & bookings

Request or direct booking

In request mode, the studio checks your preferred time and reserves it only after confirmation. In direct booking mode, choose an available slot and check the confirmation in your account. Any displayed deposit must be paid within 30 minutes or the slot is released. All times are Vienna local time. Your account shows the current status.

Prices and payment

Prices are in EUR and include your selected extras. For services marked ‘from’, any additional work is agreed before treatment. Online payment is offered only when connected; otherwise arrange payment with the studio. A payment attempt becomes paid only after verified receipt.

Changes

Withdraw pending requests in your account. Future confirmed appointments may be changed or cancelled before the displayed deadline. Contact the studio afterwards. Cancelling does not automatically refund a deposit; the studio reviews paid amounts and can refund through the original payment.

Loyalty and courses

The displayed loyalty conditions determine the required stamps and reward. Staff records redemption after the discount has been given. Earlier cards are not imported automatically. General training enquiries are discussed individually. Published courses accept group bookings and hold pending places for up to 24 hours for payment. Attendance certificates are issued after staff confirms actual attendance.
