Your account and services

We process your name, email, phone number, securely hashed password, requests, bookings, messages, orders, attendee names, delivery and billing addresses, payment references, loyalty records and documents to provide the account and requested services. An account may be connected to the studio customer record after identity verification. Records subject to statutory retention are kept for the applicable periods; other account data is retained while required for the account or request. Contact the studio about deletion.

Technical operation

The hosting provider processes technical access data to deliver and protect the website. Essential session cookies support sign-in, language and form protection. Temporary pseudonymous request counters help prevent abuse. Fonts and studio photos load from our server. Daily internal page counts record public paths and counts without visitor profiles. Advertising measurement requires separate consent.

Payments, email and reviews

When online payments are enabled, Mollie processes payment details; we store references and statuses rather than full card details. Configured email services process messages and delivery records. Private documents require authorisation. Voluntary reviews of completed visits may be published with the review name, content, date and studio reply. External reviews identify their source.

Newsletters, personal offers and related reminders require your consent and confirmation through an emailed link. We record the email address, language, consent version and confirmation date. Withdraw through the unsubscribe link or by contacting the studio. Newsletter registration is unavailable until email delivery is configured.

Your rights

Within the applicable legal framework you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. Consent may be withdrawn for future processing. Contact the studio or lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
